The answers members ask before signing up
You pick a tier, we charge your card on the first of each month, and you book your services through a dedicated members calendar. Services are credited monthly — unused Express services do not roll over, but Signature and Collector members can bank up to one month of unused credits.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel any time before the next billing date and your membership ends at the end of the current cycle.
Coatings and films are not included in the base membership because they are one-time installations with separate material costs. Members get 15% off at the Signature tier and 20% off at the Collector tier.
Signature and Collector memberships cover up to one vehicles in the same household at no extra cost. Additional vehicles can be added for 20% of the base membership rate.
Unused Express services do not roll over — that is how the price stays low. Signature members can bank one unused service into the following month. Collector is unlimited so there is nothing to miss.
Signature members get free pickup within a 5 km radius of 37 Minford Ave, Scarborough, ON, M1R 2B4 — covering nearby Scarborough areas. Collector members get the full Scarborough area and surrounding neighbourhoods.
Express members get priority in the weekday schedule. Signature members typically book within 48 hours. Collector members get guaranteed 24-hour turnaround — drop off today, pick up tomorrow.
