No. Our gift cards do not expire. The recipient can redeem at any time — in a month, in a year, or across multiple visits if the amount exceeds one service.
Yes. Gift cards apply to any service including monthly memberships. A $220 card would cover the first month of our Express Membership, or contribute toward Signature or Collector. Great for introducing someone to monthly detailing without committing them to the auto-renew.
Yes. If the recipient books a service that costs less than the card balance, the remaining amount stays on file for future visits. No expiration and no restrictions on how it is split.
The recipient simply pays the difference at the time of service. For example, a Silver Shine detail on an SUV might be priced at $80 — the gift card covers a Quick Clean ($25 / $30) and the recipient pays the difference on the day to upgrade to Silver Shine ($60 / $80) or Platinum Perfection ($150 / $180).
Gift cards are not refundable, but they never expire and can be transferred. If the recipient decides not to use the card, they can pass it along to someone else or save it indefinitely.
Digital PDF certificates go out the same day if you send the details before 4pm on a weekday. Printed certificates take 2 to 3 business days to arrive in Toronto — order ahead of any gifting deadline.
Yes. For corporate clients gifting 5 or more cards — client thank-yous, employee rewards, partner gifts — we offer volume pricing and custom branding on the certificate. Email us for a quote.
