What every account manager asks before signing
We bill monthly with itemized line entries per vehicle. Net-15 standard for corporate accounts; net-30 available on request. All invoices delivered as PDF + CSV for your accounting system.
For larger contracts (typically 25+ vehicles per visit), we run on-site service days at your property. Smaller fleets are detailed at our 37 Minford Ave, Scarborough, ON, M1R 2B4 location with scheduled drop-offs or our concierge pickup.
New fleet contracts are typically scoped, quoted, and signed within a week. We can start service within 7–10 days of contract signing.
Yes. We work with both ICE and EV fleets — Tesla, Polestar, Rivian, and luxury EVs are routine for us. We adjust products and processes to suit the materials and finishes used in modern EVs.
Yes — enterprise contracts include monthly reporting on completion rates, time-on-site, and any flagged maintenance items found during details. Format and branding can be customized.
